Managed to remove it with the press and a little patients just need to order new one

You may have to remove a burr which is the stake, do not remove to much. Then you can press it out, when you replace you can stake it over again with a punch and large hammer. I can lend you a hammer, I have several in my precision movement kit. :-))

It's on my s3 noticed it a couple weeks ago felt like wheel balance then felt like it was all the wheels made it home :/

It's staked should I just press it out?

That looks like a staked one, not a circlip one, so no not easy.
