Lovely message. I might change "building" to "driving" but the message is clear. Martin, you've had Volkswagens, in your heart you know the answer to that question. But in case you'd forgotten, there was the swing arm rear suspension which hopped if you tried too hard, the low power engines, all the weight in the wrong place - even after 60 years of Porsche engineers trying to eliminate the problems that caused, it is still an issue. Just remember how difficult it was to keep in your motorway lane with a crosswind, passing lorries (if you had the power) was a nightmare. VW's might be fun off-road, just as well because it was difficult to keep them on it!
