swapped my dodgey steering rack today for a sparkly band new one. took longer than expected because the builder of the car in his infinate wisdom decided to use 3" bolts instead of 1" bolts. and they were corroded to hell.......:))))

just taken her for tracking doing daryl was right. it was 15deg out....god it feels good to drive her again. yup all set for summer. some big pints of larger tonight to celebrate ... is 15 deg out a lot...???

well all done and ready for re-test....phew. new stearing rack. spring hangers tight. flexi secured. wheel spacers all round....re tested tmz. :-)))))

lol. im going to see how it goes with tracking. i drove it straight and wedged the wheels solid. then used a ball joint seperator the good one not the fork one. do you think it will need it.
