Many thanks for adding me to the group.

Hopefully I'll have my S1 rebuilt by Stoneleigh.

Thanks Dave.

I will nosey around the site to get my bearings. I may need to get my hands on a legerra building manual at some point.

What is the normal protocol - do you keep records of Chassis numbers and engine numbers for historical info and knowledge of cars still about ?

Cheers Jordy

Thanks Dave. Hope to do some brain picking amongst you lot in the future! My Melos is a bit sad at the moment having sat unused for a few years but now I'm retired I hope to get it back mobile to enjoy again. Probably need a bit of help with the body though, it's been well mucked about with at the front (maybe had a frontal thump before it came to me). I'd like to put it back to its proper shape but it's going to take time!!

Hi Dave,

I built a Dutton Phaeton back in the early 1980's which was sold when the family came along. Now that they are all grown up I'm looking to become an owner again and I am looking to find a road worthy B or B plus as a rolling restoration. Do you know of any examples in need of a new owner?

Thanks Dave....  I've bought myself a Series 1 Phaeton which is being dropped off on Wednesday. Needs a bit of fettling but all there. It currently has a 1600 crosssflow installed along with a 4 speed manual gearbox.....However.....I have a spare Lotus 907 2 litre twincam and 5 speed box which are itching to be slotted in...in the near future... ;)

Looking forward to open top motoring again.  Mike
