I've been out messing in the garage, the concrete floor is looking pretty grubby at present, I've kept it covered with hardboard to ease cleaning up and keeping the dust down. Time to try and seal it with a good hard wearing substance. My son wants to use industrial flooring, like school kitchens, but any weld spatter will bu##er it. So any suggestions,? Hard as possible, so I can drag car skates etc.

We used a water based resin screed on our kitchen floor at our old house, there was some left over so I took it into work to repair a hole in one of the office floors. Solid.
Not sure how well it would perform with proper weight on it though. I need to do my garage floor (when I can see enough of it) which won't be anytime soon I guess.
:-))
There are now some reasonable priced 2 part epoxy floor paints available.
painted the floor of our caving hut with pigsty paint lasted over 20 years gets loads of abuse like people playing crockery cricket, chopping wood, fire breathing etc. etc. cant remember what it was called but I do remember it had self healing properties. was advertised in a farming magazine.
