1. Immunisations up to date

2. Stash of proper beer in the cooler

3. Flared trousers with squash trainers (to blend in)

4. Flat cap

5. I love Jeremy Clarkson window sticker

6. Knitted tank top

7. large pot of valium   (bound to see things Ive never seen before)

8. Transponder beacon frequency pm'ed to the Southern lads, if you don't hear from me by Tuesday, send out the search parties :-)))))

That's ok Daryl, their interrogation methods usually involve lots of cake !!!!  I can live with that ;-)))    anyway I'm not going in that far, just up to Hallaton near Rutland Water.
