i expected much worse.......:-)

not perfect. but very solid. just got to paint inside door bottom now with underbody paint. and drill some drainage holes....:-)

i cant get the bloody doors off :-)

Use a bigger hammer 

cant get one in. used lump hammer and socket extension feels solid :-(

Remove the bolts from the door pillar, cut the hinge pin either side of the door pillar plate and remove it. you can then support the three bits of the hinge to drift the pin sections out. Thats how I would do it.

They look very close to what is on the S2 in my drive. Mine dont have quite so much metal removed and i'm guessing yours have been redrilled but are the original items - they don't look like the escort hinges though.

think ill put some big external shed hinges on. they will look mint :-))))

Just stopped for a sandwich and I've ran out of argon, more bleeding expense :-))
