Yep, I just been thrown out of my storage on the boatyard, he has rented the whole yard to someone who is going to develop it into a yuppie marina. That was £25 a month for a container with electric. Gone.

Only two sets of alloys Steve?

Think I have 5 sets here, one set over with DA in Hull, some odd ones in the lockup and whats on the car...

Its making the space to do the fettling so I can move em on that's causing my issues. Whatever happened to 'tenner a week cash' storage on farms... now you need a bloody solicitor involved just to rent a lockup.

My problem at the moment is space, I gave up the shed, didn't think about all the stuff in it, now retired and tons of tools etc. still being un housed.  I refuse to throw out tools. But am making headway by selling off big stuff, do I really need two sets of alloys etc. Anyway no room at the inn at present, stuffed full of cars and projects.

You must be physic or something, just this minute got in for lunch. Yep, I'm impressed, not when he first took it out, looked all black and grungy, but he washed it off and then wire brushed it and it looked good. It did take 12 hours to soak and another hour to brush up, I could of probably done it quicker with the power wire brush, but it does allow you to get on with something else. Will I bother? Not sure yet, still working on the still :-))
