Has anyone on here used the Jetex range of exhaust pipe components? I seem to remember the name coming up in conversation before. I need to fabricate a temporary ( ish ) system for the MOT, then have one built to fit out of stainless at a later date.

Spent a couple of happy hours in the inner sanctum of my workshop this evening, seeing as the postman delivered a box of bits earlier in the day. The problem I have been having with the exhaust is, due to the fact that the engine is very close to the bulk head, and so requires a custom made four branch manifold which drops down with out a great deal of backwards sweep. I want the exhaust to be rear exit , as I am not a fan of them on the side, so will have one made to fit the car at a later date.
In the mean time, I will use the Focus 2.0 tubular manifold, this required the making of a decat pipe and the use of 2 x 45degree, 1 x 30degree and 1 x 90degree Jetex pipes, these can be slotted together and twisted around until the perfect sweep is attained, tacked in place and then removed for welding ......... brilliant concept, then coupled to a straight pipe back to a good old Cherry Bomb tail pipe, this has all been done in two inch pipe, which will give just enough back pressure.
I got the Jetex stuff from Demon Tweeks, I thought that it was good value for money.
