Turns out it is a cat A right off !
So how the hell he has it an its for sale I don't know !

Owner has new log book from dvla from 07 but txt checker lists it as written off in 01

He might want to sit in this one an see where the gear leaver falls as it looks too far back in the picture
Also ask about the steering coloum as I'm not sure if that's not just mocked up in the car
Getting round a set of v8 headers in a s3 will be fun my v6 is bad enough !

Its a 6 hour round trip, he is just trying to find time and daylight, have offered to ride shotgun, he is also on to the DVLA to try and sort out what is and what isn't, must be good to sit in an office all day chasing things up :-))    (also seems he is not the only one inquiring)

Now there are three bids on it and I know ebay won't give a shit... It will get sold on and it will start all over again when someone calls me and asks what can be done about getting it revoked... You can't remove a Cat A.
