Preferred replacement front coil over and spring rate

Just wanted to know what people are buying suspension wise up front? I need to replace the coil overs on my Melos,

Try contacting a company called Dampertech. They made mine a few years back, good job.

They can probably advise on spring rate IF you have an idea what the car is going to be used for.
