This is Dave Taylor's Daughter Charlotte, she has made it to last heat of Miss Teen Queen www.missteenqueen.com after being spotted at the Clothes Show Live in November. From 19,000 girls she is down to the last 36 in the Northern Region. It now depends on public vote to get her through to the Final in August.
