I need to brace the pedal box on the S4 as the whole bulkhead flexes when you press the brake pedal. I was thinking about a plate either side of the bulkhead.

Any advice/suggestions?

On all of the Phaetons and Melos as standard the pedal box is bolted to the fibreglass bulkhead Wayne

easiest way is to fabricate 2 plates that sandwich the pedal box and its fixings  either side of the bulkhead and bond them to the fibreglass  ,mine flexes slightly and i have plates that fitted the bolts to spread the load

If you use the triumph pedal box it also fixes to the steering column. ....makes it stiffer.

This is what I done, I have a steel plate between the bulkhead and the master cylinder, just under the master cylinder I welded a length of 1"x 1" box section and attached it to the engine mount support, it 100%. I have attached a picture but if its not hear look at pics on my page. Hope it helps
