I like to see moving parts and i'm basically lazy...

It was rusty and pitted so I couldn't get a good finish...

Whats a belt cover?...

I assume you meant belt not cam cover... no cam cover gets a bit messy...

yup im drunk ......lol

can you get adj track controle arms ade ? my sierra looks f===ked at front lol

I can't get adjustable ones but can get new standard ones. If you've got issues with negative camber then it could be the inner bushes or balljoints. I'll have to speak to our suspension supplier  tomorrow as he is in the process of sorting a source for new ones. Obviously if its just the bush then a poly replacement will sort it but don't take chances with lower ball joints as breaking one at 60 can be a challenge (been there, done that)

how do i test them ade ...and thanks   mm i bet

MOT mate. they have a wobble plate that will show up any movement in the bush.

I can get standard ones for £17 each, to be honest you would probably get a better price on ebay although'country of origin' will be a bit random.

Adjustable ones may sound cool but the ones I bought won't adjust inwards from the standard position so unless you want more neg camber they ain't much use.

lol iv got too much neg camber. looks like it ready for a rally. ill take it as planed tmz :-)))

Has something happened to it recently? When I look at your pictures I cannot see any camber issues. My Legerra has very visible negative camber (about 3 degrees) and it is just fine. As far as I am aware all Duttons have negative camber. You can measure it with a spirit level - 3 degrees represents 18mm across the diameter of a 13" wheel.

My Sierra has very little if any negative camber. I don't know who else to ask for comparison.

The legerra has less than yours James..It does still have too much for my liking (and my tyres) Hence the reason I bought the adjustable arms. I think I reversed my upper ball joints when I did my vented disc conversion and they may be worn. Of course that won't affect a Sierra so the only thing left is the TCA's.

I think that you are probably not throwing your cars around enough, Ade!

If you look at this picture of my Legerra at Castle Combe you can see that the front wheel on the outside of the curve is almost vertical, which is good for grip. So the body roll is probably about the same as the camber. With a Sierra, I'd guess that there'd be more body roll.
