I have no idea Graham. I do know that a standard mexico 4 branch doesn't fit under any of the Duttons i've worked on. It goes back at such an angle that it fouls the floor on the passenger side. Dutton shortened the wheelbase by moving the engine backward (or the occupants forward) depending on how you look at it. Thats why the gearstick fouls the handbrake on most pinto powered cars. I have it down here as being built out of a mexico so thats why I said 'listed as'. The original exhaust would be at least 40 years old by now too.
Can you tell from an engine number if it was mexico spec when first built?
BUMP once

Bumped so Steven can find it easier.
