Dutton Kit Cars and their owners

Been working on the Fury recently and doing some initial suspension setting and looking for some simple cheats and found this one - Good for me as I have a free supply of tapes that we use as customer giveaways

How we used to set up the rally cars, cheap to make and handy on a test day. I have another jig that locates on the top and bottom edges of the wheel rim and holds an inclinometer handy for making camber changes.

I have been looking at using a laser spirit level to make a tracking tool.

If its anything like the laser levels I had recently then your tracking could end up just about anywhere.

The cheap DIY ones seem to be able to bend light :-0

THB strings or tapes can be very effective and are several thousand pounds cheaper than a laser alignment rig

Given that the Alfa site wants £65 for the ally plates to make the tracking tool this device looks to be a better bet....

its £69.98 inc postage.

this is the site where the above link came from, it also shows an easy tracking tool...

if the postage is not too bad this looks like a bargain.....
