Dutton Kit Cars and their owners

I have been looking to replace my pedal box amongst the other jobs i have given myself, i went to a local scrappers and they have some modern stuff and almost nothing more than 20 years old. However they have several Daewoo Matiz's in and they have pedal box's that look ideal for our purposes cable accelerator, cable clutch, and hydraulic brakes all mounted on a box to a flat vertical bulkhead with loads of room under the dash for access. (it's a vast empty space under the drivers side dash area!) thought you lot might like to know.

Alternatives are good Dave!, given the time and effort it took to make my pedal box, I was feeling towards the end of the build that I may have been better off getting one from OBP for about £145.00

The thing I am pleased with, is that with the floor mounted box, my legs are now nearly straight when my feet are resting on the pedals and can push straight towards the bulk head, as I found it very uncomfortable having to push the pedals down towards the floor as with the escort box.

i have been thinking that a MX5 set up might do the job quite well for those with a Hydraulic clutch and lots around for not a lot!
