Picture copy right

Looking at google images this evening and I put in Dutton Phaeton, and was amazed at the amount of images that came up. What is the situation when you copy an image from there?

the copyright belongs to the taker of the photo...however you are allowed to use them under a "fair use " principle, using them to advertise goods services would not allowed but to high light a blog or personal site ...maybe.
