The 28th Lancashire Classic Car and Bike Show

12 months have passed and we're here again. The Northern Duttoneers time to shine and display our Classic Duttons it's The 28th Lancashire Classic Car and Bike Show at Hoghton Tower, Nr Preston.

This will be the 4th year we have exhibited here, and touch wood the weather as been kind to us. lets hope we have an even better than last years 7 cars. BBQ planned again, come and join us and with very little expense, our Celebrity Sun worshippers, interupting their tour of the North to be with us , resident of the South of England Mr & Mrs Steve Kerswell.

The Show is always well organised, and gets great support.

Well the weather beat the show which was cancelled on Friday, But that didn't stop us having a great afternoon. We decided that pub lunch was in order. So gathering arranged and Steve and Margaret picked up from their campsite in Bury. We're off tto the Toby Carvery for an afternoon of good food, good company and banta which is never in short supply when we all get together. Would you believe it? it's been sunny all day. Great day and good to finally we met Mr & Mrs Kerswell, Honorary Northern Duttoneers.

This show was cancelled earlier in the year because of a water logged field, and rescheduled for Sunday 9th September. The Northern Duttoneers will be exhibiting there and a BBQ is planned, the tent will be there hopefully the Sun will shine.

Put club as The Northern Duttoneers, you'll need a form for the Kit, your tin top will have to go in the car park, Put year of manufacture of the kit before 1993 if is isn't already.

I had an e-mail from the organiser this morning, everythings OK for Sunday, the show is on. Club tent ready, Bunting ready, BBQ ready and Dutton ready. Lets see how many Dutton's we can get there Oh and Westfield's and TVR's. See you there
