Dave you will be surprised how much dust you get coming out of it, make sure you wear a good mask. If I dont have the dust extractor on when Im sandblasting, the workshop fills up with fine dust in double quick time .... beleive me it gets everywhere, and thats with a supposidly sealed cabinate.  Great bit of improvisation there mate.

Bought some crushed walnut shells to use in my home made blast gun, so now a home made blast cabinet.  Made from 2 jumbo bags (had gravel in them), 2 plastic saw horses.  Put the saw horse in one bag, set up the item of work on the shelf in the saw horse, then insert upside down bag with a 2 arm holes cut in and a polycarb window.  Will try and test it tomorrow.  Hopefully all the shells should stay in the bottom bag
