Theakstons is a Yorkshire Brewery The Theakston's family now run The Black Sheep Brewery across the road from the old Theakston's Brewery in Masham which is part of Scottish & Newcastle Group. A proper brew for proper folk
A ah not bothered Paul, ive always preferred and drank Stones Bitter, that reminds me i think theres a couple of cans still lurking in the fridge, bye.:-)
I see on the news tonight, that the brewers of John Smiths Yorkshire Bitter are reducing the alcohol content, and saying that it tastes the same ................ well, dish water will always be dish water !! OOOOOH wait for the fall out on that one :-)))))))

Eee by ek its good t have a laff Dave, wots tha think, oh sod this its a lot harder to type Yorkie than speak it, mm Tykelont now thats a new one to me, i know Tyke of course being from around here. Any way you dont know how lucky you are over there, cos before i was born my dad was pedaling west on his bike and just as he started up the hill to go over the top the chain broke, so he settled on this side, otherwise i could have been born a Lancastrian, :-)
