Built1983 Broken and Garaged 1985 next saw light of day 1998, became a millennium project ? Became a victim of house rebuild and suffered at the altar of other financial priorities. Started serious rebuild 2013. Completion date not set to avoid disappointment but getting there.

Hi Dave
100% rebuild of car owned for 30 years +. Thanks for the advice on the bracing. Putting it back together, with some extra safety in mind, as Tim "god love him" Dutton's original design Warts and all. My wife helped me put together a Blog www.lennardnuttall.wordpress.com which hopefully will make you smile.

S2 by the looks of it...i prefer the shape of the S2 boot lid to the S1, much cleaner looking.

how much of a rebuild? total body off and restore or a tidy up and engine change? if its a full body off restore, are you planning to loose the leaf springs? how about adding some bracing to the chassis? questions questions i know.....

You could take a look at my S1 restoration, it shows the way i strengthened my chassis, with the truing up of the steering geometry it transformed the cars handling. My S1 rebuild
