Oakey Cokey !! (in, out, shake it all about)

engine out for the third and last time, I hope, not easy on your own. Bulkhead modified, all welding done, steering column to shift over, then grinding and painting, new loom to fit and hopefully that's all :-)))

If you get a Corsa steering column then you can have electric power steering. That might be worth having. Some of the Rickman people have done that and Steve & Matt Pegrum did it on their Phaeton.

Steve, I have a Fiesta unit in stock, it has splines one end but the other end is hex drive, about 12 -14mm AF

Looks like this.

I've got four in stock, let me know if you want one.

They land rover, have a larger diameter shaft both ends. One of the first things I considered, due to price. Measured a corsa one last evening, the whole lower column looks promising. Will visit the scrapper today with my trusty vernier.

Are they the same spline size though?

Looking for a universal joint from rack to column, to replace the rubber one that isn't flexible enough. Any ideas on size and similarity?
