The thing is proof.....no one is accusing you wayne but just saying a v5 has value reinforces the view that it is ok to sell one.

The sale of a V5C without the motor vehicle is an offence. By rights if you buy the chassis you are entitled to the V5C. Find out the old reg or chassis number and I'll see what we have on file.
Interesting test case this would make.
