I do remember Dr. Beeching. We have a line near us, Plym valley railway, used by the steam anoraks, I helped them refurbish a massive African steam locomotive engine, its still down there on a special piece of track. All the moorland tracks are now cycleways. Good to see some of those viaducts.

Just discussed it with my mate, not really interested, 1600 crossflow is not worth what we thought, plus it's just to far away to show a profit. Seemed a decent bloke to speak with, just ran out of steam with the rebuild and lost interest, how many times have we heard that.
