I got a cast one for a crossflow, keeps my side door in the garage open, yours if you want it, ill even paint it for you :-))   as for that 4 branch, interesting arrangement of pipes and looks modded where they collect. If you want rid of it I. would be interested.

2 and 3 go back at an acute angle, 1 and 4 drop near vertical. It actually looks like a hybrid.

I'd be tempted to slice the flanges off and borrow a scrap head of someone  port out the flanges and buy new bends... start again. Build it with the old head on the bench - test fit then fettle. rinse and repeat. All depends on how confident you are with a welder...

Has the flange been rewelded on number 3? if not then i'd say capri or sierra but as it's unlikely to be an OEM ford part it will be 'generic'
