Fuel tank and pipe to pump.
Radiator brackets and top hose.
Sender units and coil mounting.
Washer bottle and plumbing.
Check all brake pipe unions
Longer wheel studs all round
Identify and terminate all the wires under the dash
Finish back door shut glassing up.(my 'wet weather' job)
Battery mounts and cables
Exhaust (awaiting parts)
That should keep me busy for a day or two.

My wheels are 6 1/2 x 15 et15 and they needed 24 mm spacers to clear the chassis at the back and 20mm at the front. I have used hubcentric bolt on spacers. I had issues with the extended stud type (the ones that have a nut built onto the stud that screw onto the original) and with the long stud they don't locate centrally unless you are really lucky. I just won a set of wheels on ebay for the Sierra and I think I am going to have to spacer those a little too.
On the legerra I drilled a hole in the back plate through the access hole in the end of the half shaft and then put a grommet in afterwards, I have never succeeded in extracting a half shaft yet so out with the de-walt and the box of grommets.
Depends how long the studs are? Should be able to change studs without knocking off the bearing but if they're too long then the halfshaft will have to come out. I have done them in situ for 1" wide spacers. Use a 1/2 " drive socket as a spacer to help pull the new ones in.
I've got a list of things to buy and thats scary enough!
GTM has gone? That didn't last long!
Its my list !
Should get more time on it after the holidays now the GTM has moved on.
Weather has been glorious this week and work has progressed quite a lot, however its going to rain next week so time to do the inside bits.
It would appear tonight we have a birthday do to go to so time to dust the green one, get the roof down and enjoy it.
Se ya later boys.
My list is shorter now:
1) Finish everything!
2) Drive it!
List is getting shorter Ade, hopefully have some good weather so you can get a lot done
