Ford gearbox slop
4 speed single rail gearbox, suddenly went very sloppy at lever, very sloppy ! Drives and sounds fine, quick fix or box out fix ?? Jumps out of reverse but not forward gears. Help.

Found it:-) some no brain used a stainless bolt and it's nearly sheared through. When will people learn that stainless and stress do not mix, also spotted some bolts on the suspension pivots, luckily I kept the old Dutton's bolts and used them.

No,no, I know far better then use stainless bolts, I have seen them after a couple of years, the word cr#p comes to mind. Engineering avoids them were possible for a reason.
