That leggie is the 1300 that was sold just a few seeks ago on ebay - the new owners are trying to sell it for what they paid for it.
The torx bolts were stretch bolts I believe, officially they can be re-used upto three times so long as they heven't stretched beyond a certain length, I didn't take any chances and used the earlier head bolts whenever I could get hold of them. They are high tensile so don't overheat the threads when shortening them. More important is are the threads bottoming out on the thread end or the shoulder?
