the top trailing arm bracket is broke......

the diff is sloping back a little (looking up) so that will need sorting.......

As you can see there isn't a lot of bracing in an S1 chassis, that will be sorted.

For my steering wheel boss i used a Dutton wheel trim sticker.....
wiki on my phone says a 4 seat horse drawn vehicle......hmmmm.......
whatever, it still works as a sports vehicle drawn by horse(s) about a 100 in my case ;-)
I was led to believe that a phaeton was a breed of horse.....only having an interest in horses as steaks i wouldn't know and accepted the version given. ho-hum.

another coat of paint and this is the "Gun Finish" i got ....quite happy

and.......

My car should be ready for MOT by the end of this next weekend.......hopefully.

Wish I had the facility to do a decent paint job :-(

I am looking into the possibility of converting my garage at home into a part time spray booth. when I eventually get around to painting the leggy we will see how well it works.

It is my sierra S2. 1300 xflow. goes quite well and is fun to drive.

The car is looking very good, fantastic rebuild

Car is almost finished, but i have been stitched into working today with various hassles job related i am some 3 hours delayed already today and about 4 to go. target is still MOT next Saturday.

closer and closer........... so this will be next years paint job, hope you like it. its tough if you dont because i do. :-)

The windscreen goes back on tomorrow plus seats carpets etc. busy day tomorrow as i have to make new seats as well.
