Caterham did it, MK did it, GBS did it... so probably Graham.

Nice looking example though and if genuine, with the reg obscured as it is it's hard to tell, probably worth a few quid.

Would be interested to see what the DVLA think it is...

Looks to possibly be the 'parts' of two cars as the scuttle and body are different colours.
