This should be the Dutton used on the DOC web site showing a B+ but I can only reconise the wheels and the number plate. Still registerd as a dutton at the dvla

I have said the way to tackle the ringing problem is via insurance company's for a while now. The DVLA and old bill do not want to get into chassis verification, but insurance company's have an interest in finding them.

I can imagine the story spun to get the registration transferred...

I plan to add a gallery for vehicles such as this, with the reg number in the meta data (the bit you don't see at the top of the webpage) every time you put the reg number into google the page will be on the search results.

Hmmm I need to clarify the use of the term ringer at some point...
This Vehicle is incorrectly registered and therefore uninsured.
