Dutton Kit Cars and their owners
legerra bites me...
well tonight i went out to sort the fan switch on the Legerra and whilst i was running it up to get it warm a hose burst off and covered me in scalding water....a trip in ambulance for me to Hul royal infirmary... and i have 13% burns.....
some lovely blisters on my left groin area some spectacular burns across my chest and left arm my neck and right cheek.

weird thing is that the failed joint wasn't the spring loaded clips robbed from scrap cars when i was looking for hoses with suitable bends but a jubilee (well an after market brand) came off....it was on the cards to bulk buy some decent jubilee clips for the hoses and replace them all with a matching set. i was also of a mind to redo the top hose arrangement at the weekend as i was unhappy with it any way. definitely getting done now......

Time to get Sandra down the garden centre for a big aloe vera plant then... Seriously though, sorry to hear that Dave. Bet you're going to be glad to see the back of 2013.
