Nice one James, car looks good,

The car made the return journey, 280 miles cover in 2 days. I was itching to get out on the track but the diff really doesn't sound good, its going to have to come out and be checked over. Was good to put a couple more names to faces. James if you get a chance can you send me the pics you took of the parade lap, cheers.

Thanks James, photo uploaded to the Legerra Gallery on Flickr.

After the successful outing on Saturday, I was looking for some cheap software to analyse the telemetry data from my Vbox Sport. After a bit of searching, I found out that it came with software on its memory card! Doh!

I got some interesting graphs, here is the most telling one. It shows the car's acceleration in two axes with the vertical axis being forwards and backwards and the horizontal axis being left and right. The different colours are for different laps. Normally this should make a heart shape. Mine shows that the forwards acceleration is up to 0.25g (which would be at 50mph in 3rd) and that the cornering force gets to about 0.8g in both directions but with most corners being right-handers. The only thing wrong is the braking which was way too gentle, hardly getting above 0.4g. I must try harder...
