A kit for removing the Ethanol from pump petrol, it is sold by Classic Oils Ltd of Aylesbury who specialise in lubricants, coolants and additives for the Vintage, Veteran and Classic car markets.

That sounds very simple - basically it is a set of well made containers and requires only water. Neat.
The only thing is getting rid of the ethanol/water mixture - they suggest an incinerator. I might try an irritating neighbour's fuel tank!
