Live V5 with no car is illegal.
Why would you cover the numbers on a scrapped V5 - you wouldn't unless you were upto something dodgy.

The reg belongs to a Phaeton but it must have had some sort of modifications done.
It appears to have 5 stud wheels so must either have spacer / PCD adaptors or 5 stud hubs.
Looks to be quite neglected so I guess its been laid up for a while however the last MOT expired 21st June 2016 so 18 months or so at most. I don't have any photo's of the old phaeton but would like to see under that shell properly.
